Requirements/job description:
Attend a 60-minute Worksite Action Leader training (in-person or virtual) and submit a WAL plan for your worksite.
Conduct a brief one-on-one conversation with select members at your site, focused on non-partisan vote planning.
Distribute a two-sided, non-partisan voter guide/gubernatorial side-by-side candidate comparison to all members at your site.
Host a minimum of one non-partisan voter engagement activity at your site between the beginning of early voting on Sept. 18 and the day before Election Day on Nov. 3.
WALs can host more than one event per site.
WALs will be reimbursed $1.75/member for the costs of your activity (sign-in sheets and receipts required).
Submit reimbursements to your local union GOTV Leader (or Education Minnesota staff if there is no GOTV Leader in the local). Reimbursements must be submitted by Nov. 17.
